To preserve the finish for as long as possible, avoid unnecessary contact with harsh chemicals, cleaning products, perfume, lotions, and cosmetics.

For pieces specifically described as waterproof, follow the care information provided with that particular product.

How should I store my jewelry?

Keep your pieces in a clean, dry place, preferably separated from other jewelry to reduce unnecessary scratching or friction.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

For orders shipped to the United States, our current estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.

We work to have every order prepared and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Occasionally, courier operations, customs, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Can I track my order?

Yes — where tracking is available, tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

This allows you to follow your jewelry on its journey to you.

Please allow a little time after dispatch for the courier's tracking system to register its first update.

Can I order more than one item?

Absolutely.

You can order multiple Carter & Laurent pieces in the same purchase.

In some cases, items may be fulfilled separately, which means parts of your order could arrive in different packages.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet entered fulfilment, we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has already been processed or dispatched, however, an address change may no longer be possible.

RETURNS & ORDER PROTECTION

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

Please provide your order number together with clear photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the problem.

If we verify that the item arrived genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect, the affected item will qualify for the appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy, including a full refund where applicable.

We want every Carter & Laurent order to arrive as it should.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Once verified, our customer support team will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Can I return something simply because I changed my mind?

We do not generally offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds, except where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory right to cancel or return your purchase.

For this reason, we encourage you to review the photographs, sizing, measurements, materials and description before ordering.

Do EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right?

Where the statutory European Union 14-day right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, Carter & Laurent respects that right.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our store policies.
